To serve as the primary bridge between on‑ground logistics execution and digital order orchestration. This role ensures system availability to deliver a successful shipment end to end by translating physical warehouse and in‑transit cargo constraints into system requirements.

Regional & Language Requirements

• Must have Mandarin Fluency: Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) to coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse teams in Mainland China and the Greater China region. (China travel is required)
