            Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales & Business Development 
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for CCS and CCA conductors and related cable solutions 
Identify and grow opportunities within utilities, mining, EPC contractors, consulting engineers, and renewable energy sectors 
Drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and support regional sales teams in promoting the product range 
Lead key account management and high-level negotiations 
Market Development & Product Expansion 
Develop sustainable markets for alternative conductor solutions 
Identify opportunities to expand the cable range and position products as cost-effective, anti-theft alternatives to copper 
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends 
Secure product approvals and specifications with utilities and consultants
