Qualification

• With experience in sales and online selling (FB, Shopee, Lazada & TikTok)
• Knowledge in social media selling (Lazada, Shopee & TikTok) seller center
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented in handling orders

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers
• Respond inquiries in FB page, online messages, and customer questions
• Monitor and order the order of customers
• Provide excellent customer services and handle complaints professionally
