Responsabilidades - Definition & planning
- Structure initiatives and define use cases such as automation, agent assist, and analytics.
- Prioritize based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Build and validate business cases and forecast value.
- Define roadmap, releases, and implementation plans. Coordination & delivery.
- Coordinate across Product, AI, Tech, and local teams.
- Manage backlog, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Oversee testing phases (unit & UAT) and ensure readiness for production environments.
