The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and hands-on experience delivering AI-driven use cases, cloud-native capabilities, and omni-channel contact platforms. This role requires strong product thinking, technical awareness, and the ability to write clear, testable requirements for AI-driven features.
