Product Owner/ Scrum Master:

Minimum Requirements:

Possess five (5) years of experience working within a large, matrixed organization, with a strong understanding of the IT landscape and end-to-end delivery processes.

Have five (5) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, consistently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

Hold a SAFe Scrum Master certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance or (url removed).
