Salary: £135,200 - 135,424.96 per year

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance must be in place prior to start


• Sole UK nationality required


• Eligibility to work on-site in Reading


• Proven experience within UK defence, MOD, or aerospace environments


• Strong IAM product ownership or delivery background


• Comprehensive experience managing IT delivery end-to-end, ideally with 5 years of experience


• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP


• Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, and ForgeRock


• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions


• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and security concepts to non-technical audiences
