About The Team The Business Product Management team drives ShopeePay's mission to expand digital payments across the region. This role supports the team with a focus on feature testing, payment partner integrations, and day-to-day operations. Job Description Plan, write, and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Live Testing test cases for features, ensuring quality and readiness before go-live. Review API documentation, understand payment UIUX flows, and support payment partners through integration-related questions and troubleshooting. Support day-to-day product operations, including incident management, merchant issue resolution, feature tracking, copywriting updates, and post-maintenance verification testing.
