• Designs and executes user-focused engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and CX for enterprise postpaid subscribers.
• Creates strategies that enhance user experience while increasing product usage.
• Addresses declining ARPU through targeted monetization programs.
• Owns the Smart App for Enterprise initiative end-to-end.
• Partners with Sales, Operations, and Digital to deliver integrated user journeys.
• Manages the Assignee Management framework and revenue capture.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submits monthly activity and performance reports to Immediate Head within the first five working days of the following month.
• Completes mandatory annual compliance trainings (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security, Anti-Money Laundering).
