Responsibilities

• Business Planning: Establish delivery solutions and systems based on product manufacturing engineering to support the entire supply chain, including manufacturing, warehousing, delivery, reconfiguration, maintenance, and quality assurance.
• Manufacturing Technology & Management:
  • Strengthen investment in manufacturing technologies for platform-based and AI products.
  • Implement a dual-track technical roadmap: Mass Production of the current generation + Pre-research for the next generation.
  • Lead the strategic transition from air-cooling to liquid-cooling manufacturing for high-power products.
  • Build a server manufacturing engineering capability system; drive iterations and change management in components, processes, equipment, testing, and maintenance.
