            Job Description: Product Manager – AI-Powered Recruiting Workflows  Responsibilities  Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered recruiting workflows. 
Define product strategy to improve hiring speed and quality for global customers. 
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams. 
Lead product discovery and prioritize the product roadmap. 
Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). 
Define and track success metrics for product features. 
Run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance. 
Coordinate product launches and ensure successful delivery of features. 
 Requirements  Minimum 3 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or HRTech. 
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
