Prioritise opportunities driving growth, customer retention, accelerate ARR, and sharpen our competitive edge. Bring forward thinking on AI/ML, predictive analytics and automation to differentiate our offering. Align product direction with business strategy, integration priorities and channel first ambitions. Commercial leadership Create data driven business cases; clearly articulating opportunity, impact, risks, effort and expected ROI. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, channel, customer success & support teams to validate demand and evaluate tradeoffs. Own and improve core KPIs including adoption, usage, retention, churn risk, NPS/CSAT and ARR.
