Job description
Responsible for the Product Management and Marketing Functions for Philippines.
- Prepare and align yearly growth plan for the country to achieve the brand and category performance.
- Responsible for the Advertising and Promotion strategy, plan and spending.
- Support and execute any market research.
- Drive new product development in accordance with local and global NPD direction.
- Prepare and consolidate management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, Category performance and market share.
- Be the point of contact and knowledge centre for local markets.
- Manage consumer inquiries.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
