**Job Responsibilities**

The IT Systems Integrations Specialist II serves as the primary escalation point for complex and non-routine technical issues across the Division. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion in diagnosing systemic issues, determining resolution strategies, and leading technical projects that affect system stability and service delivery. The Specialist II manages and coordinates assigned projects, recommends improvements to processes and technologies, and provides expert guidance to support staff.
