            Job description:  Key Responsibilities  1. Product & Category Management  Manage and develop product ranges across: 
Paints & coatings 
Ceramic tiles & slabs 
SPC, vinyl, laminate & wooden flooring 
Wall panels, wallpapers & decorative boards 
Introduce new products, finishes, and designs based on market demand, trends, and competitor analysis. 
Rationalize collections to balance innovation with commercial performance. 
 2. Pricing & Profitability  Set selling prices and discount structures by category. 
Ensure target gross margins are achieved and maintained. 
Support the sales team with project-specific pricing for fit-outs, contractors, and bulk clients. 
 3. Sales & Project Support  Train sales teams on: 
Product features and specifications 
Applications and performance
