Product Manager

Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Location: Oxfordshire (2 days per week in office)

Backed by private equity and expanding rapidly across the UK and internationally, the company builds mission-critical SaaS products that help clients manage compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.

You’ll take ownership of a brand new product, leading the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery. Working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams, you’ll define strategy, prioritise initiatives, and ensure every release delivers measurable value to customers.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management within a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to balance customer value with business impact
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products
