We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop and manage strategies for an industrial lighting portfolio and lead all product line activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends and inform product strategy in industrial lighting.
• Translate market insights into product roadmaps, including new product development, enhancements, and feature strategies.
• Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver products from concept through launch.
• Develop sales tools, presentations, and go‑to‑market materials to support successful product commercialization.
• Act as a technical and product subject matter expert for sales teams, addressing product/application questions and escalating to engineering when needed.
