About the role

We are creating a new Product Manager position to strengthen GRAM's team as part of our ongoing effort to elevate the company's structure and keep growing and innovating in the industrial weighing sector.

This person will take full ownership of our product portfolio and act as the connection point between R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. It is a central role that needs dedicated focus, and one of the key additions we are making to the team at this stage of the company.

It is also a role we are deliberately designing as AI-first. GRAM is becoming an AI-first manufacturer in a sector that has barely moved in decades, and this position sits at the centre of that. AI is not a side project here or a tool someone uses occasionally. It is the default starting point for how we work, and we expect whoever takes this role to work the same way.
