- To respond to managing up to 4 brands, depending on the portfolio - To plan all advertising and Below the Line activities for retailers and distributors - To collaborate with Brand Managers on Above the Line plans - To create new marketing materials and develop them as necessary - To analyze data and customer information to identify problems - To develop solutions and uncover new opportunities - To plan trade marketing strategies for both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade - To handle promotion planning and budget management - To work closely with Japan and R&D teams to develop new product launches (NPD) - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
