Summary

The Product Manager – Accessories owns the full lifecycle of Weatherby's accessory product category, from concept through development, launch, and end-of-life. This role partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives. Responsible for category performance, including P&L, this role serves as a central hub across cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet market demand and strengthen Weatherby's position in the outdoor industry.
