Job description
6 months contract to support the sales and marketing team by assisting in managing documentation process, coordination and other administrative functions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of Certificate of Product Registration in Food and Drug Administration, in coordination with distributor personnel.
- Assist with product change processes by initiating and tracking updates to materials in coordination with Local Marketing, ensuring alignment with regional regulatory standards and specific customer requirements.
- Assist with technical document requests from customers.
- Assist in other sales and marketing administrative and office operations, such as processing claims, consolidating reports.
Job specification
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Relevant work experience in sales & marketing department support.
