Job Description: The Product Engineering Manager is responsible for managing engineering resources and leading the product engineering team to support existing and commercialized products. This role focuses on engineering excellence, cost optimization, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved. Manage engineering resources based on project loading and priorities. Prepare, manage, and achieve department budgets and KPIs.
