Responsibilities :
- Lead sensor development including validation, failure analysis, and test development.
- Own CMOS + MEMS system validation across EVT/DVT/PVT phases. - Characterize IMU performance: offset, sensitivity, noise, drift, and temperature.
- Drive IMU CMOS debug including ADC, signal chain, and calibration blocks.
- Lead customer debug, RMAs, and field failure root cause analysis.
- Develop test strategies across wafer sort, final test, QA, and characterization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with CMOS, MEMS, packaging, and test teams.
- Manage schedules, risks, and supplier interactions.
- Support datasheets and ensure spec compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- MS/PhD in EE/ME/Physics or 5+ years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEMS inertial sensors (gyro/accelerometer).
