[Principal Duties & Responsibilities] 
Project support ~ 2 -6 medium to small projects. May assist on large projects.
Technical Expertise :
- Research various consumer and or competitive trends with marketing to provide ideas for new product development or improvement of existing products.
- Assist in developing test plans and working with the plants to execute prototype production, project tests and start ups.
- Systematization of development document ®ulatory information.
- Live the Kellogg Culture and K Values & KWS.
[Work Environment]
Will be required to work within current plant environments. Ability to lift at least 10 ? 15 KG. Understand over time equipments operating under pressure or at elevated temperatures. Will be in contact with grain based products, flavoring and coloring ingredients. Will be required to do hands on product development work within a wet lab...
