Position Description
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Product Development Attorney for its in-house automotive documents development and compliance team.

nResponsibilities:n- Research, draft, and revise automotive transactional documents (e.g., Retail Installment Sale Contracts, Lease Contracts, Buyeru2019s Orders, Ancillary F&I documents) to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.n- Monitor and analyze legislation and regulations across 50+ jurisdictions and advise on their impact on product lines and services.n- Collaborate with internal teams, outside counsel, and industry leaders to align products with industry trends and compliance needs.n- Assist with the LAWu00ae F&I Document Review program and other Reynoldu2019s family of products supporting dealership sales and finance processes.n- Draft summaries, articles, and presentations for internal and public distribution.n- Represent Reynolds and the LAWu00ae brand at industry trade sh...
