Position Purpose:
The Product Content Syndication Analyst is responsible for onboarding and enriching product data and assets for retailer partner portals, ensuring all items meet compliance and quality standards. This role supports both initial large-scale onboarding projects and ongoing syndication workflows, collaborating closely with National Accounts, ERP, PIM, and DAM teams to deliver complete, accurate, and consistent product content across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Item Onboarding & Enrichment
Onboard new items to partner portals, ensuring required attributes, assets, and metadata are complete
Enrich product data post-onboarding, including data sourcing and asset collection (images, documents, copy)
Compliance & Troubleshooting
Monitor portal compliance, troubleshoot errors for items falling out of enrichment or content standards
