THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a full-time Produce Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things produce and will assist the Produce Management Team Managers in overseeing the daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring the proper rotation and display of product to meet our high standards for freshness and quality.

• Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.
