Position: Procurement Specialist - Packaging

Location: Dubai

Experience: 5 Years of experience in the relevant field (FMCG Retail and Trading Companies)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end packaging procurement with full supply chain visibility.
• Align with internal teams and escalate risks promptly.
• Validate and prepare shipment documents as per regulations.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice/payment issues.
• Support NPD by sourcing packaging samples, artwork, and tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Prepare sourcing proposals with cost analysis and supplier recommendations.
