            Purchasing & Sourcing Identify evaluate and select reliable local and international suppliers for aluminium profiles glass accessories hardware and tools. 
Prepare and issue RFQs POs  and negotiate terms including pricing delivery schedules  and payment terms . 
Source alternative suppliers/materials to reduce costs and avoid project delays. 
Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors. 
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality pricing delivery and service. 
Ensure timely deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed orders. 
Inventory & Cost Control Coordinate with the store and project team to track material usage and ensure optimum stock levels. 
Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost-saving initiatives. 
Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing invoices and delivery notes.
