            Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end procurement processes for F&B and retail operations 
Source reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and contracts 
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods 
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to ensure uninterrupted supply 
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations 
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and quality improvements 
 Requirements  Proven experience in Procurement within F&B or Retail industry 
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills 
Knowledge of UAE procurement market and supply chain practices 
Excellent analytical and organizational skillsli>  
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit operational environment 
Fluent in Arabic and English
