The person who designs, analyzes, evaluates and provides professional procurement techniques. Develops and implements product standardization plans and procurement processes.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
Database and Procurement Software Management
• Optimize and maintain the procurement database for user access and efficiency;
• Generate detailed reports based on data extractions;
• Provide support to procurement software users by analyzing, researching, and documenting their needs.

Coordination with CCSSSBJ and CAG
• Analyze CAG calls for tenders in collaboration with CCSSSBJ case managers;
• Provide statistics and analytical support for participation in calls for tenders.

Additional Responsibilities
• Support the manager in implementing procurement-related procedures;
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ongoing communication with various internal and external stakeholders;
