About the Opportunity

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Planner/Buyers responsible for procurement and vendor coordination
• Oversee day-to-day procurement and planning activities to ensure continuity of supply
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, service, and supplier performance
• Drive accountability, performance management, and continuous development within the team
• Oversee procurement of goods, services, raw materials, and packaging to support operational requirements
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning and collaborate with vendors to optimize production schedules
• Ensure alignment between procurement activities and demand forecasts
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to/from vendors
