Our client, a reputable global engineering and aerospace manufacturing company , is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies and supplier management across regional operations.

• Lead and manage the procurement team across Singapore and Malaysia operations, providing guidance, coaching and escalation support.

• Drive procurement KPIs including on‑time delivery, delinquency management, purchase price variance (PPV) and supply performance.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier selection, consolidation and supplier development programs.

• Manage regional or global commodity sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with global supply chain strategies and cost reduction targets.

• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure performance across cost, quality, delivery and risk management.
