Position Summary

The Purchasing Lead oversees procurement operations supporting Helpdesk, Site Support, and Infrastructure functions. The role ensures timely and cost‑efficient sourcing of IT equipment, peripherals, site materials, network hardware, facilities supplies, and other operational requirements. The Purchasing Lead manages vendor relationships, ensures compliance with procurement standards, optimizes inventory availability, and facilitates seamless procurement workflows across multi‑site environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Operations

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for Helpdesk, Site Support, and Infrastructure requirements.
• Review, validate, and process requests from ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
