Procurement Coordinator

The main purpose of the procurement coordinator is to co-ordinate procurement process from internal requirements to receiving the orders at premises.

Procurement and Inbound Duties

  • Supplier pricing updates in Acumatica.
  • Local and International Purchase order processing with correct incoterms and named places.
  • Submit Proforma invoices/order confirmation to Accounts for Cash in Advance Suppliers.
  • ETA updates in Acumatica for shipments in transit.
  • Notify forwarder/s of shipments for bookings to be made.
  • Complete clearing instructions for Customs clearing and check clearing documents for correctness.
  • Obtain estimates for freight from forwarders.
  • Track and trace international parcels.
  • Arrange collection of local supplier orders placed if not delivered by them.
