Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from refining business requirements and developing go-to-market strategies, through to tendering, RFQs, RFPs, evaluation frameworks, and contract lifecycle managementIdentify and communicate commercial and contractual risks clearly to internal stakeholders, providing practical guidance on how to manage and mitigate themPartner directly with operational and functional leaders across all NZKS business units.Champion procurement as a value-add function internally, building buy-in through demonstrated commercial outcomes rather than policy enforcementBring stakeholders on the procurement transformation journey through credibility, practical support, and visible deliveryEstablish and manage supplier relationships, including supporting SRM programmesProvide mentoring support to team members and key stakeholders.
