Overview

The Procurement & Logistics Specialist coordinates, facilitates, and manages the end-to-end acquisition of goods, services, materials, and supplies. Operating under the APDU Purchasing Manual, you will oversee procurement operations from purchase requisitions to delivery, manage key supplier relationships, and handle complex logistics and importation clearances across Bureau of Customs sites to support the utility’s operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requisitions, prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor matrices, generate purchase orders via the ERP system, and endorse documentation to Accounting and Finance through OPTIKUS.
