We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement and Contract Management Manager to join a busy corporate procurement function. This role will focus on supporting Housing Services, leading complex procurement exercises and ensuring compliance with public sector procurement legislation.

Role

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activity, from sourcing strategy and market engagement through to tendering, contract award and contract management.
• Provide procurement advice and guidance on tendering, contract management and procurement strategy.
• Manage procurement documents, procurement notices and governance requirements.
• Perform supplier due diligence and market engagement activities.
• Use the Proactis system for procurement activity.
• Review tender documentation to ensure compliance with procurement legislation and council regulations.
