Procurement Administrator
BusinessThis role is responsible for providing support in performing procurement activities in consistent of procuring goods and services to end-users consistent with existing procedures and policy in a cost effective and professional manner to protect Company interests. The job holder participates in supplier certification/pre‑qualification, registration and searching for new Suppliers/Contractors. They will issue the Purchase Order or Letter of Award to the suppliers, tender materials/services requests and identify suitable sources for award recommendation. They follow up and support in resolving invoicing, deliveries issues & customs with business users and Account Payables. The job requires processing of Purchase Order in the system and conduct analysis of the procurement for business units.
