: Base Salary + AWS + Fixed Allowance + Performance Bonus
Responsibilities
Follow instructions to safely operate equipment, manage site services, and handle vehicle loading/unloading. Organize work, prepare for shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers. Make routine operational decisions according to established procedures. Consult manager or team leader for non-routine situations. Take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others. Share ideas to improve safety and efficiency and work with others to implement changes. Perform maintenance and conduct testing. Identify and respond to emergency situations, following established procedures. May assist with site emergency response outside of regular hours. Train and guide new employees.
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma in Chemistry Comfortable working 12-hour shift Strong team player with good communication skills
