Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the following processes:
    • Lamination
    • Cutting
    • Sewing
  • Professional English level.
  • IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification preferred.
Knowledge & Skills Quality Core Tools
  • APQP
  • PPAP
  • DFMEA / PFMEA
  • MSA
  • SPC
Tools & Methodologies
  • Problem-solving methodologies.
  • Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Minitab.
Process Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Production line processes
