Process Operator Our client, based in Newton Aycliffe, is looking for Process Operators to join their team. Hours of work would bea three shift system 06.00 - 14.00, 14.00 - 22.00, 22.00 - 06.00. Role and Responsibilities: The Operators are responsible for carrying out day to day operations of a chemical manufacturing plant. Ensure ISO 9000, 14001, 18001 standards are met Basic analytical testing of product effluent and steam boiler water as per procedures. Supplying representative samples of finished product to the quality control lab for final inspection. Assist in discharging finished product to specified storage: tank, road tanker, IBC or drums. Transport of finished package goods to specified location via FLT. Labelling of intermediate and finished products Reporting out of specification product to Team Leader Running of Cooling belt operation including bagging of solid pellets / flake into FIBCs.
