Process Engineer

Support the manufacturing process to meet the production schedule and build plan for each manufacturing area. Ensure that the manufacturing process is in accordance with the APTIV process build following the approved manufacturing technology equipment. Support the action plan for continuous improvement of manufacturing process metrics such as safety, quality, volume and cost. Develop process documents such as PFMEA, process specification, preventive maintenance task and spare parts list.

Your Role

• Attend MSD events and ensure that the process manufacturing flow is designed to meet the plant standard.
• Participate in the support of meeting FTQ, uptime & scrap goals for each process.
• Apply statistical process control tools to launch manufacturing processes.
• Develop, evaluate and implement welding, adhesive and final assembly process equipment.
