What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day AP, AR, and Billing operations
• Ensure SLA/KPI delivery, quality, and compliance
• Manage escalations and drive process improvements
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coach and develop high-performing teams
• Support transitions, migrations, and automation initiatives

What You Bring

• ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• ✅ 5+ years experience in finance operations (AP/AR/Billing)
