Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Division (HDV) to establish, develop, implement and maintain Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Systems for total Property Division organization.
• Assigned as PDPO, assist Steering Committee Representative (SCR)/HDV to establish, develop, implement and maintain Personal Data Protection System (PDPS) to comply with PDPA 2010.
• Assigned as Integrity Officer (IO), assist HDV to establish, develop, implement and maintain Anti-Bribery and Corruption System (ABCS) to comply with Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad ABC Policy & Section 17A of MACC Act 2009 (and Amendment 2018).
• Assist HDV/SCR to initiate & coordinate QSHES/PDPS/ABCS documentation review for decisions by related members of Management Team and/or by Managers/Process Owners.
