Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Process Coordination Manage the full lifecycle of improvement and capex projects (initiation through closure). Collaborate with technical, operations, and procurement teams to break down projects into actionable tasks with clear timelines. Maintain project schedules, trackers, and action logs proactively follow up on deliverables. Support managers in defining scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Reporting & Performance Tracking Prepare structured weekly/monthly progress reports highlighting status, risks, and decisions required. Develop dashboards for KPIs (e.g., timelines, budget adherence, backlog) using tools like Excel or Power BI. Consolidate inputs from multiple departments into clear management summaries. Ensure accuracy and consistency of project documentation and data.
