Reporting to plant leadership, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and advancing digital transformation initiatives across the plant. You will partner cross-functionally to enhance performance, build team capability, and support the achievement of key plant objectives.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

• Own Daily Management Systems for the Business Unit, including development, standardization, and sustainment of processes
• Leverage technical knowledge of equipment functionality to improve reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Analyze data across Key Performance Indicators to identify trends, gaps, and prioritize improvement opportunities
