Responsibilities

As Process Engineer, you will manage the product interface with product development, contribute to engineering change management, support continuous improvement and production, and participate in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor production processes, ensuring feasibility, productivity, and quality.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (production or mechanical preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry
• Technical skills in product and process design, FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• International mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
