Process Engineer

What you’ll do:

• Ensure stable and efficient production line operations, driving productivity improvements, reducing scrap, enforcing standard work, managing CapEx investments, and applying problem-solving methodologies supported by FMEA and Control Plans.
• Boost productivity and efficiency, increasing output through process optimization, lean practices, and team engagement.
• Achieve cost improvement goals, delivering annual reduction in LMPU and sustaining KPI performance across all production indicators.

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, other related areas).
• Previous experience as industrial or process engineering is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Problem solving skills, capex management skills, lean manufacturing, FMEA and control plan, 8D problem solving.
• Advanced English.
