We are looking for an experienced Polymer Engineer to manage and improve injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, consistent product quality, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimize injection molding processes and machine parameters
• Monitor production efficiency and quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine, mold, and process-related issues
• Reduce scrap, waste, and cycle times through process improvements
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain production records and process documentation
• Train operators on SOPs and best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
